Chapter -2 Family of Dwarka

“The heart recognizes what the eyes might miss—

And so began a tale destined in the stars.”

Long ago, in the golden age of dharma and valor, beyond the waves of the western seas, stood a city carved out of the ocean’s embrace—Dwarka, the Island Kingdom.

Dwarka was no ordinary land. Its streets gleamed like polished pearls, its skies always seemed to sing. The people were joyful, the soil rich, the sea calm—as if even nature bowed to the one who ruled it.

The Royal Family of Dwarka

Dwarkadheesh Krishna – The divine sovereign of Dwarka, the one with a flute and a cosmic smile. Though Balram was older by birth, the throne belonged to Krishna—for he was Narayana himself, born in human form to guide the wheel of time.

Mahabali Balram – The mighty elder brother. The incarnation of Anant Sesha, the serpent who holds the universe steady. A man of immense strength, steadfast love, and an earth-bound grace.

Maharani Rukmini – Queen of Krishna, one of his eight celestial consorts—graceful, composed, and the embodiment of devotion.

Rani Revati – The one and only woman to steal the heart of Balram. Mysterious and gentle, she stood beside him like the moon beside a mountain.

Rajkumari Subhadra

The jewel of Dwarka.

The heart of the Yadu clan.

The smile of the sea breeze.

She was none other than the incarnation of Devi Yogmaya—goddess of divine illusion and protection.

She was beauty, but never arrogance.

Strength, but never aggression.

Grace, wrapped in innocence.

Her lotus-petal eyes were large and expressive, as if they’d just opened at dawn. Her lips, curved and delicate, looked painted by the hands of the gods. Her skin was softer than milk-foam, and so luminous that even the nymphs of Swarg would sigh with envy.

But beyond the ethereal beauty was a spirit—bubbly, joyous, and deeply kind. Subhadra was beloved by all: cherished by Balram, protected by Krishna, and adored by the people of Dwarka.

“Now Putr!” the mother’s voice rang again.

“If you are ready to hear the saga, to feel its love and pain, to learn from it—not just enjoy it—then only shall I begin the true tale. And beware! If your interest fades, so will my words.”

“Whenever I raise my voice, you must echo me like a parrot! So tell me now…”

“Are you ready to be SHUKA?”
